In Brookfield, Unrivaled Soccer has been built around a hands-on, individualized coaching approach designed to maximize player development. Founded by Gunnar Lucuk, every session is structured specifically around the age skill level, and needs of the players attending that group.

Rather than running the same practice for every team or age group, sessions are constantly adjusted to help players develop faster in the areas they need most. Younger groups focus heavily on confidence, coordination, ball mastery, and creating a fun environment that keeps kids engaged with the game. Older players work through more advanced technical training, decision-making, game scenarios, positioning, and speed of play to prepare them for higher levels of competition. Goalkeeper sessions are also tailored specifically to the individual goalkeepers in attendance, focusing on technical foundations, distribution, footwork, communication, and live game situations.

Each training environment is intentionally kept interactive and high-energy, allowing players to get a large number of repetitions while still learning in realistic game situations. By keeping groups smaller and adapting sessions week to week based on player progress, the program has been able to create noticeable development in a shorter period of time while still making training enjoyable for the players.

The goal of the program in Brookfield has always been to provide affordable, high-level training where every player receives attention specific to their own development path instead of a one-size-fits-all coaching model.

 
 
 


Salem MA
Our Salem, Massachusetts location will be led by Coach Jose Delvalle, an experienced coach from Lynn, MA who has spent years coaching and developing players throughout the area. Growing up locally, Jose saw firsthand both the positives and challenges within youth soccer and wanted to build a program under his own vision in the community where he grew up.
Sessions will take place in Salem at Willows Park and are designed to be personalized to the players in each group, focusing on technical skills, confidence, creativity, decision-making, and overall game understanding in a fun and supportive environment.
Unlike many larger club environments, our focus is centered around individualized development rather than just results. Every player develops at a different pace, and our goal is to help each athlete take the next step in their journey while building a genuine love for the game.
Players in the program will also receive detailed progress feedback along with access to online training resources and videos so they can continue improving outside of sessions as well.
