Unrivaled Soccer is an independent player development program built for athletes who want more than crowded practices and generic coaching.

Through small-group training, every player gets real attention, detailed feedback, and clear direction they can continue working on outside of sessions. Our goal is simple: help players improve with purposeful, high-quality training.

Founded by former college and semi-pro players, we understand the soccer pathway from both the player and coaching side. We help families navigate the process while developing the skills, confidence, and mindset players need to reach their next level.

At Unrivaled Soccer, we’re building more than better players. We’re helping young athletes develop work ethic, resilience, accountability, and confidence — lessons that last far beyond the game.

We’re not focused on being the biggest program. We’re focused on making the biggest impact on every player we coach.

Our Story

Directors Gunnar Lucuk and Jose Delvalle share the same mission and the same passion for the game. After playing through the youth, collegiate, and semi-professional levels — and coaching players at every stage of development — we saw firsthand how youth soccer often loses focus on what matters most: real player development and a genuine love for the game.

That’s why we created Unrivaled Soccer.

Our goal is to build a training environment where players feel supported, confident, and excited to improve — not defined by weekend results or pressure from the sidelines. Whether a player is touching a soccer ball for the first time or working toward the next level, we believe every athlete deserves the same level of commitment, attention, and belief from their coaches.

What started as two coaches running sessions and supporting one another has grown into something we’re incredibly proud of. Being able to serve our local soccer community and positively impact young players is something we never take for granted — it’s exactly why we started this journey.
